Leave the boat at home.
Every managed lake already has its own boat staged and waiting — clean, a fully charged battery, and rigged with a foot-controlled trolling motor. No trailer, no ramp lines, no backing into the water, no winterizing, no maintenance bills. You drive in, step in the boat, and fish. It also protects the fishery: no outside boats mean no largemouth bass virus and no invasive vegetation hitching a ride in.

Biannual Electrofishing Surveys
Tracking population structure, relative weights, and how each lake is trending toward 8-, 9-, and 10-pound-plus fish.

Annual Cull / Harvest Reports
Written quotas set by our biologist, with members becoming the management tool by removing the right fish at the right rate.

Water-Quality Management
Ongoing monitoring of dissolved oxygen, alkalinity, and pH, plus phytoplankton and zooplankton balance, so the bottom of the food chain stays as healthy as the top.

Forage Stocking
Coppernose bluegill, threadfin shad, summer tilapia, and crayfish, keeping the buffet stocked so bass eat constantly and grow fast — with seasonal trout where it fits the program.

The lakes are limed, full of largemouth and bluegill, and freshly stocked with coppernose bluegill and shad. The feeders are running. The boats, the gate, the cottage, the cleaning station — all here. Day one isn't a construction site. It's a fishery that's already ahead of schedule, with a professional biologist hired to make it the best private bass water in Alabama, and a plan that pours more into the lakes every year than the year before.
